Upon arrival, was greeted by the most friendly staff. I even got upgraded to a bigger room. The location is great, close to get on the highway, close to the mall, close to the restaurants, wonderful views of the most beautiful garden. The breakfast is AMAZING, and they even have their own coffee truck on site "Gatvol coffee" and it's to die for cuppachinos. I am most definitely staying here on my next visit

I liked that when you arrived, you stated your name and the security immediately took you to your room. Any admin was done inside your room. The owner or manager met you upon arrival. I know many people prefer a reception desk. I preferred not having one, checkout was seamless. Dropped off the keys and the invoice was emailed to you same day after after you departed.

The area is easily accessible with shops around and the restaurant on-site.. Beautiful place with all basic needs in a room except for an iron but had ironing board. Had to ask for a light when had load shedding, nil provided or communicated prior so we plan. We were upgraded to another room as not happy just walking into the first that needed attention..

Vegan breakfast was delicious. The cocktails at the bar were great value. Owners and staff super lovely and helpful; were great at checking everything was going well, and I really appreciated the lamp during loadshedding. And that the wifi stayed on! The restaurant was so beautiful and peaceful; a really beautiful decorating job has been done there.

Still Waters is an excellent place to stay. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly. They went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The room, bed and all the facilities excellent.
