Upon arrival, was greeted by the most friendly staff. I even got upgraded to a bigger room. The location is great, close to get on the highway, close to the mall, close to the restaurants, wonderful views of the most beautiful garden. The breakfast is AMAZING, and they even have their own coffee truck on site "Gatvol coffee" and it's to die for cuppachinos. I am most definitely staying here on my next visit

The area is easily accessible with shops around and the restaurant on-site.. Beautiful place with all basic needs in a room except for an iron but had ironing board. Had to ask for a light when had load shedding, nil provided or communicated prior so we plan. We were upgraded to another room as not happy just walking into the first that needed attention..

Vegan breakfast was delicious. The cocktails at the bar were great value. Owners and staff super lovely and helpful; were great at checking everything was going well, and I really appreciated the lamp during loadshedding. And that the wifi stayed on! The restaurant was so beautiful and peaceful; a really beautiful decorating job has been done there.

The hotel has been beautifully upgraded since my last stay, gorgeous gardens, Gatvol coffee awesome, great food and menu, all staff wonderful and owner very accommodating and patient with my questions around events on the premisis, even at 6am! Plus my room was upgraded! Definitely returning again! I may even join the salsa class next time.

The garden was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere of the place was great. The aircon was an excellent addition and a lifesaver. The hotel was clean and very well located.

We loved the hotel, its setting, the gardens and the warm and friendly staff. It is a very welcoming and peaceful environment. The gardens and restaurant area are delightful and we spent many happy hours enjoying both the food, the staff and the setting.

The hotel is set in a lovely gardens with a very cool coffee shop on site too; which was a huge bonus! The staff were some of the friendliest we have come across on our travels and Mary Anne, the owner, was a delight. She couldn't do enough to accommodate use and we couldn't have asked for more from our stay. Thank you!

Had the best time of our lifes, everything was in order from the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed and went straight to our room accompanied by one of the hotel ushers who made us feel at home. The room had a fresh mind relaxing feeling and the food was fresh and excellently prepared. The place made our vacation very special and worth every minute. There's no place like Beside still waters boutique hotel, I loved every minute of being around people who seemed to care and love serving and delivering only the best.
